This casserole only takes a few minutes to put together. You can make them ahead of time and refrigerate them or even freeze them for later. Since it's just the two of us, I usually bake half and freeze half in a foil pan for later. I love being able to get this casserole out of the freezer on a crazy busy day.
Ingredients:
- 3 cups minced cooked chicken or rotisserie chicken
- 16- ounce sour cream
- 1 (10.75 oz) can chicken cream soup
- 1 (1 oz) package dry Ranch sauce mix
- 2 cups chopped thick cooked bacon
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 2 pound frozen tater bag
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Grease a 9x13-inch skillet with nonstick cooking spray. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, sour cream, soup, Ranch mixture, bacon, and cheese.
- Fold in frozen tater tots.
- Spoon mixture into prepared pan.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes, until bubbly and golden brown.
